The Charcuterie Series
While researching the history of the charcuterie board, I learned that it came from a time where every part of an animal was used--the brain, the heart, the lungs, etc. Not a single part was left out. For this project, I decided to dissect fruits and vegetables and present them on a charcuterie board; every piece is used, even the parts that are not usually consumed.
